Hey - this is my volunteer account! Currently Simple English only shows the section "Welcome to Wiktionary in Simple English, ...". I've updated your main page in preparation for the change so it will display the rest of the content too - test url. Are you saying you'd like to hide the other content? If so, I'm happy to help you here.
