Usage note

Psychologists usually consider a narcissist to be on one side or far side of a continuum, viewing narcissism as a spectrum, wherein NPD (narcissistic personality disorder) is at the far end, but also recognizing healthier forms of narcissism nearer the middle of the spectrum.
