Question about the status of the feedback page[change]

Is this page being used actively? If not, shall I add {{inactive}} or {{obsoletepage}} (when there is no plan for reuse)? In addition, the language on the current feedback page looks partially uncivil, should we keep them with respect to the sender, or should they be removed?
