I kinda thought the same thing when I was bringing it over from en:wikt but they have it as both a noun and adj there. I don't know. I suppose you could say "I'm a nonwhite." I won't be offended if you decide to change it. I'm a noob here who's far from an expert on parts of speech. Tygartl1 16:05, 2 November 2007 (UTC)
