Wiktionary:Account creators

Account creators are a special group of users that are not affected by the 6 account creations per day per IP address limit. They are used to create accounts for schools. In Wiktionary, this user right is rarely used as the administrators would be available when the need arises.

Administrators automatically have the rights of the Account creators.

Getting Account creator right

Currently, only Stewards can give users the Account creator right. If you really need this right, please request them at the Stewards' noticeboard, or just inform the administrators if you need this right just once.
