Hello, DinoD123, and welcome to the Simple English Wiktionary!

We hope you will be happy editing here. Some helpful pages to begin with are Wiktionary:Community Portal, Wiktionary:Useful, Help:Contents, Wiktionary:Rules, Wiktionary:How to change a page, and Help:Creating a new entry.

If you want to talk with other members or ask a question, you can visit Wiktionary:Simple talk. Administrators can also help you with more difficult problems. You can also ask me for help. The best way to do that is to leave a message on my talk page. Just remember to sign your messages on talk pages by typing "~~~~" (four tildes) at the end of your words.

Good luck and happy editing! George.Edward.CTalkContributions 08:06, 22 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks! I will try my best to make quality pages and edits.

Defining style[change]

Thank you for your efforts to keep unasked simple! The defining style here employs full sentences. These have generally been found to be more helpful to language learners than fragments such as "Not asked about" and "to take with force", which are avoided. Explain the word as if you're speaking to somebody and telling them what it means.--129.215.4.132 (talk) 08:17, 26 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
