Froggish does exist, and there is no reason for "froggishness" and "froggishly" not to exist (lots of examples can be found on the Internet). This is the simple English Wiktionary. The core purpose is to be as useful as possible for its audience. It isn't a place to collect every esoteric word that has ever been used in English, much less all the words that could possibly be constructed. If you'd like to play with morphology, then that's great, but do it elsewhere, please. If you'd like to contribute here, then think about the potential audience and lend a hand.
