Please stop adding copyrighted material to Wiktionary without permission from the copyright holder.
For legal reasons, we cannot accept text or images borrowed from books, magazines, newspapers or other websites. Such additions will be deleted. You may use these sources to find out information for Wiktionary, but cannot copy sentences or images from them. Wiktionary takes copyright violations very seriously and users who add copyrighted material again and again will be blocked from changing Wiktionary.

Please remember to substitute this template by using {{subst:uw-copyright2}} instead of {{uw-copyright2}}.

This template is used to give a level 2 warning to users that have been adding copyrighted content into Wiktionary.

Usage

| 1 = The page that the user added copyrighted content into
| 2 = Additional text to add
| icon = The icon to use
| subst = Whether to substitute the text in, either "subst:" or blank
}}

This template should be substituted on the respective user talk page, while adding a signature just after that. For example:
