Definition of umbrella organization[change]
The definition using "leader" needs to be better. It sounds like it may mean the right thing, but it may mean an organization that is the best in a group of organizations. It needs to mean that the organization helps the other organizations and makes them do things. It needs to mean that the group of organizations is all one organization under the umbrella, not a group of organizations in competition. --Coppertwig 21:21, 3 December 2006 (UTC)
Now it is good. I discovered the word "control" in BE850.
