Hungy as a noun[change]

User:Cethegus put an entry for hungry as a noun as in "The hungry need our help." I have removed it.

The reason is that most attributive adjectives can be used in this kind of construction (I believe it's called a fused head). It makes no sense to make a separate entry as a noun for every such adjective especially since they really don't have many noun-like properties. For example, they can't be modifed by adjectives as other nouns can, but they can be modified by adverbs, as you would expect with an adjective. Consider:

  • the very good
  • * the nice good
