"A person who organizes and operates a company and assumes much of the associated risk." I think the complexity is mostly in "assumes much of the associated risk", especially in the words assume and associated. Perhaps something like "and risks their own money in the business." I think the definition also lacks the idea that entrepreneurs start businesses.--Brett 14:01, 21 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
